1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using Streamer for Chromecast TVs (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement.
2. Licence and acceptable use
Async Digital Solutions grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App. You may not disrupt the App or a network, bypass access controls, reverse engineer it except where law permits, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, cast content without permission, or use the App unlawfully.
3. Your content and devices
You retain responsibility for the media, websites, playlists, drawings and other content you access or cast. You confirm that you have permission to access, display and transmit it. You are responsible for your phone, TV, accounts, network and any pairing approvals.
4. Third-party products and content
Chromecast, Google Play, websites, streaming sources, TV platforms, advertising, analytics and other services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms. Compatibility and availability can change. The App is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or any media service unless expressly stated.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans may unlock premium features or remove certain limitations. Price, billing period, trial and renewal details are shown before purchase. The applicable app store processes payment. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the store before renewal, subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Removing the App does not cancel a subscription.
6. Network use and safety
Casting can consume Wi-Fi bandwidth and mobile-device resources. You are responsible for network or data charges and should not use the App in a way that distracts you from driving or creates an unsafe situation.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted discovery, playback, remote-control support, audio/video quality, website compatibility or availability of third-party streams. Keep copies of important media and use only lawful, trusted sources.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Async Digital Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, content, profits or access arising from use of the App. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms, modify features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
